What to Bring
Hiking over lava is rough, but Warren paces the tour with plenty of breaks so you don’t get over-tired. You should be in reasonably good physical condition. Bring sturdy shoes or hiking boots with socks, sunscreen, hat and camera and depending on weather a light windbreaker. Also, bring your swim trunks and/or bathing suit, a towel, and snorkel, mask, and fins. Warren has some extras, so don’t worry if you do not have them. Conditions on the lava are usually hot, dry, windy and sunny, but the occasional downpour is not unusual. If you bring very young children and/or infants along, remember to bring your car seats and boosters.

Safety note- This adventure involves some short, easy walking on uneven ground.
